Vintec VWM198PBAR 126 Bottle Multi Zone Black Wine Cabinet that can be set as a single zone for cellaring both reds and whites or as multi-temp for serving different styles/varietals at perfect drinking temperatures.
Vintec Wine Cabinets recreate the conditions of the best natural underground wine cellars by strictly adhering to The Vintec 5 Pillars of Wine Storage: Stable Temperature; Humidity above 50%; UV-Proof Dark Storage Area; Vibration-Proof Environment; and Quality Airflow.
Stable temperature - The Vintec climate control system maintains a very stable temperature thanks to the following:
- Variable Speed Compressor (VSC), with slow temperature draw-down and adaptive compressor cycles
- Double/Triple glazed glass doors. (Three layers in the door - models: 020, 050, 110, 130, 155, 170) (Two layers in the door - models: 148, 190, 198)
- Precise temperature control with interaction between VSC compressor, thermostat and evaporator
Dark storage area - Our cabinets protect wine from light damage by incorporating:
- UV-resistant tinted and insulated glass doors
- Dark interiors
- Dimmed long lasting LED lights.
No vibrations - To protect the quality of your wine, our cabinets create a vibration-proof environment by including:
- Low-vibration Variable Speed Compressor (VSC), on rubber shock absorbers to minimise vibrations transmission
- Vibration absorbing wooden shelves with no harmful odours or coatings.
Airflow - Vintec cabinets include internal and external fans to ensure a slow reticulated air flow throughout the cabinet. Tall wine cellars also include a charcoal filter to limit any odours penetrating from the exterior.
Humidity above 50% - Vintec wine cabinets ensure adequate humidity levels are maintained (50% or greater) to keep corks moist and wine at the optimal condition.
