Hi Team,
I refer to order 8426, which I picked up last Sat, however the dishwasher was not working and show error msg as water overflow.
We had to wait for 4 days until ASKO sent a technician and fixed the problem today, it turned out to be the water pressure sensor was not working and machine back to normal when it was replaced.
I’m feeling very disappointed in this case, though I bought a factory second it still should be working properly however on its first use it failed and a brand new unit needs to be repaired on its first day.
In this case, I would like Bargain appliance to review and I would ask for a $300 dollars refund. As I paid $1039 for this unit however it’s became a repaired one.
Attached is the invoice and sensor which was replaced.
Also quoting the cost from ASKO on the senario if it was not the fault of the machine.
“Servicing Fees -
Callout Fee inclusive of first 15 minutes of labour = $135.00 incl GST
Labour charges thereafter in 15 minutes segments = $40.00 per segment incl GST
Parts will be additional as consumed.”
How pricy it is if it was customer at fault! So I would like to turn the way around, what’s the compensation in this case since it was ASKO and Your store’s product at fault?
