REFUND POLICY

We are committed to offering the highest standard of customer satisfaction and with that in mind consider any request to return goods on a case-by-case basis.
All goods are to be inspected either during in-store pickup or on delivery by the customer (or their agent) prior to signing for their goods.
Signing indicates acceptance by the customer or their agent that the goods are in satisfactory condition, meaning as advertised or as inspected in-store prior to purchase. Bargain Home Appliances will no longer accept responsibility for the cosmetic condition of said goods after this point.
The correct dimensions of the item purchased are the responsibility of the customer, and if incorrect and require return, Bargain Home Appliances will charge a 25% restocking fee.
Acceptance by Bargain Home Appliances of a return is conditional on items being unused and in the original condition when purchased.
Customers who change their mind post-purchase whether before or after taking possession, and if Bargain Home Appliances agrees to accept an alternative arrangement, a 25% restocking fee will also apply.
