1. DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME WITH A WARRANTY?

Manufacturer’s warranty and you also have full protection under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. DO YOU HAVE ANY PHYSICAL STORES OR SHOWROOMS?

Yes, you are always welcome to come into the store. We are open 7 days a week at:

3.CAN I CHOOSE TO PICK UP MY ORDER IN-STORE?

You have the option to collect your product in store that is open 7 days a week at 652 South Road, Moorabbin Vic 3189. Ph: [03] 9555 1200

4. CAN YOU TAKE MY OLD APPLIANCE AWAY?

Yes we are able to pick up an old product with the delivery. Contact store for more information about this.

5. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I HAVE COMPLETED PAYEMT ONLINE SUCCESSFULLY?

After completing your order successfully, we will be in contact with you and let you know available delivery dates or let you know that the product is ready for pick up in our store.

6. DO YOU DELIVER?
We have our own drivers and can arrange delivery to anywhere in the Greater Melbourne Metro Region. Delivery is added in the check out process.

7. WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BARGAIN HOME APPLIANCES AND OTHER RETAILERS?

Comparing to the other retailers on the market, we give you an opportunity to save your money on factory second, scratch and dent, ex-display, brand new and carton damage appliances. All our products come with a warranty from the manufacturer, and we guarantee customer satisfaction.

8. HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER ONLINE?

We accept debit cards Mastercard and Visa. Paypal and Direct Deposit are alternatives for online transactions.

9. CAN I SHARE MY SATISFACTION OR VIEWS OF THE PURCHASED ITEM?

We welcome all feedback ether over phone, email and we do welcome all google reviews.

10. WILL I RECEIVE A TAX INVOICE AND PURCHASE CONFIRMATION AFTER PURCHASING ONLINE?

The Tax Invoice will be email to the given email address as soon as we have processed your order.

11. I NEED A REPLACEMENT APPLIANCE RIGHT NOW - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

12. ARE YOUR PRODUCTS FACTORY SECONDS OR SECOND HAND?
Our products is what is called Factory Seconds, NOT to be confused with Second Hand. A Factory Second product is a product that is brand new, but might have a cosmetic imperfection or be factory refurbished. Don't worry you still get your full manufacturer's warranty!

13. WHAT ITEMS DO YOU SELL?

Our stock constantly changes and we have a delivery of new stock each week.
The main product range we stock are fridges, freezers, cooking appliances, washing machines, clothes dryers, dishwashers and vacuum cleaners.

14. WHAT BRANDS DO YOU SELL?

Our brands include Electrolux, Asko, Westinghouse, Simpson, Samsung, Fisher & Paykel, Dishlex, Chef, Euromaid, Kelvinator and Volta. As well as other quality bargain opportunities as they arise.

15. HOW ARE YOU ABLE TO SELL THE SAME PRODUCT AS THE BIG STORES BUT SO MUCH CHEAPER?

The two main reasons for our cheap prices are:

· Low overheads ie no megastore building with expensive fittings, no TV or catalogue advertising and no corporate management to pay for.

· As a clearance outlet we buy all of our stock at a cheaper price because it is either ex-display, superseded or has a minor blemish. Sometimes it is out of a box just to have its photo taken and we pass the savings onto you.

16. WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

17. CAN YOU STORE OUR PURCHASE UNTIL WE REQUIRE THEM?

Yes we are happy to store your purchase for an extended period without charge [for example you may be building or renovating]. We do require payment in full and conditions do apply.

18. DO YOU SELL SECOND HAND PRODUCTS?

No, we only sell brand new products.

19. DO YOU DO HOME DELIVERY?

We have our own drivers and can arrange delivery to anywhere in the Greater Melbourne Metro Region for a flat fee of $60.

20. CAN YOU DELIVER INTERSTATE?
